Lavender Gin Sour

The Lavender Sour is a great summer sipper.
We love a great egg white cocktail!

 Ingredients:
- 50ml Lewisham Gin
- 1ml lavender syrup
- 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice 
- 1 egg white (for a vegan alternative use aquafaba, 2 tbsp aquafaba is equivalent  to 1 egg white)

Method:
- Add the gin, syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and seal the tin.Shake well for 10-20 seconds. You’ll want to achieve a nice frosting on the outside of the shaker tin
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with freeze-dried raspberry power. Alternatively you can garnish with a lemon twist or sprig of lavender.
